Monster Box

Marcus spent a long time working on his Valentines box this year. He was very proud of it.

Journaling: "Making Valentines cards and boxes are such a BIG deal. Marcus never wants anything too “girly” so this year we decided on a “MONSTER BOX!!!”

The Apron

Journaling: "Every year for the last 12 years I have made a 3 layer peppermint cake
for Christmas. This year Abby got to join in the fun. When I bought this adorable black and white apron, Abby was obsessed with me wearing it. She came into the kitchen one day and said “When I grow up I want to have an apron like yours so that I
can cook as good as you” So for Christmas this year, Abby got an apron just like mine and joined in the annual baking of our Magical Minty Cake. I must say, her cake turned out “as good as” mine!!!"

Fall

What a blast the kids had playing in the leaves!

Climb

Marcus had saved his money for over 6 weeks to buy a remote control helicopter. He FINALLY saved up enough money to go and buy it. The next day, we head out to the park and immediately the wind catches it and lifts it up into a tree. Moms will go through the craziest things for their kids. I ended up climbing about 30+ feet into a tree and jumping on a branch until the helicopter finally broke free and fell to the ground. I should get MAJOR 'Mom Points' for that one!

Marcus and the Butterfly

Marcus wasn't sure whether he liked the butterfly at first. But after a while he relaxed and let the butterfly outside.

Brownies

Journaling: "These kiddos love to cook...especially when it's dealing with chocolate. Ghirardeli brownies are our favorite. Lots of smiles in the kitchen when we are mixing these up!"
